This past fall, over eighty young aspiring actors at Lakeshore Academy of Fine Arts were promised the use of The Capitol Stage for their upcoming February production of The Sound of Music. Now that the keys to the theatre have been handed over to the city, The Capitol's future is a mystery and these kids may not have a place to perform!

Thanks to all the LAFA students that shared their thoughts on The Capitol Theatre. We hope this wonderful piece of history will continue to remain open!
