Let's take an early evening drive around downtown and go over the Tacoma Narrows Bridge to Point Defiance together.

Here we go again around the greater Tacoma area. Downtown still looks cool in the early evening. Let's spend a little time talking about Point Defiance and Point Ruston. First off, there are a whole lot of "Point's around the Seattle area. I'm from Portland, Oregon, we don't really do "Points".

If you are looking for a fun day trip outside of the city, singles, couples or families, this is probably a good option. Around Ruston points you'll find restaurants, water from activities, a movie theater, hotels and more accommodations. If you go more west you'll find Point Defiance. Suuuuch a dramatic name.

Point Defiance has a zoo, aquarium and Owen beach. Go. It's cool.
