2 onion small sized
7 cloves minced garlic
1 carrot ( stripped )
1 cabbage small sized ( shredded )
1/2 cup annatto water
2 cup of water
3 small pack sotanghon noodles
1 cup water add more if needed
2 pc shrimp cube
salt and pepper to taste
onion leaks
cooking oil
