Casper, Wyoming is getting a lot of snow for the first major snow storm of the season. At least 2"-4" fell during the overnight hours with a total expected by the National Weather Service to be between 8"-15" by mid-day tomorrow. The snow that has fallen has been a heavy snow and the roads are slick in spots but extremely slushy. I-25 is under construction so that has been a slow go on driving through parts of it. Trees still have a lot of yellow leaves on them. Plows have also been working to get the slush on the roads off as well.
