With 1 dash of lemon juice it's happiness! Nothing more, nothing less ! Why is it good for health? Simply because sardines are rich in protein, vitamin D and vitamin B12. Don't forget omega 3! 450g canned sardines
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
30g breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of milk on the breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of tomato puree
2-3 pinches of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon mild curry
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 pinch of salt
1 handful of parsley
