In this video, I explore the connection between Whitby in North Yorkshire and the legendary vampire Count Dracula! I visit the key places that were the inspiration behind Bram Stoker's classic novel, including the guest house where he stayed.

It was in Whitby that Bram Stoker found inspiration for the setting of Dracula, with its haunting Whitby Abbey ruins, winding cobbled streets, and the atmospheric Whitby Harbour.

Inspired by HBO’s True Blood.

Special thanks to Andy Dunn & Andrina Carroll for their readings of the novel.

Special thanks to Bram's View Apartment (www.bramsviewwhitby.com) & Whitby Museum (www.whitbymuseum.org.uk) for allowing me to film inside their properties.
