It was announced in July 2023 the Ontario Knife Company was sold to Blue Ridge Knives.
Unfortunately, the Ontario knife factory based in Franklinville, New York will be closing as a result. This also puts 56 Ontario employees out of work. Right now it is unclear if Blue Ridge will continue to produce Ontario knives overseas.
