Weller Special Reserve, Elijah Craig Toasted, 1792 Aged 12 Years, and Peerless Double Oaked get opened today with quick initial reviews of each. Uncracking a new bottle is so satisfying I decided to do it 4 times. First impressions of these bourbons were very good and I can't wait to review each of them fully.
