This baking video is a crispy and soft egg tart!
Egg tarts are delicious but it's hard to make.
So I studied a lot to make a simple and easy recipe.
After making more than 60...
I found the easiest and most delicious recipe.

*Each oven or air fryer has different thermal power, so the top part may be less baked or more, but the bottom part needs to be cooked brown to be delicious. *


| Measurement |
Paper cup = Use as a regular paper cup (180ml capacity)
Spoon = Normal disposable spoon size.

- 1 mold size = 7cm wide, 5cm long, 3cm high.

* 6 egg tarts.

| Ingredients for tarts.
* cake flour 100g (1 cup)
* butter 50g
* sugar 10g (1 spoon)
* cold water 20g (2 spoons)

| Ingredients for peeling |
* 3 or 4 yolks
* Whipping cream 100g (half a cup)
* milk 100g (half a cup)
* Sugar 50g (5 spoons)
* A little bit of salt
+ 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
