My name is “Wing it” and I am attempting an Appalachian Trail 2024 Thru Hike - without much of a plan, in fact, I am Winging it along the way. Here is another day I am grateful to share with everyone.

Beautiful Day as I approach the Virginia Triple Crown. I made it all the way to Trout Creek where some conflicting information was distributed about quality of water. Some people said don’t drink from Trout Creek and others said it’s safe to drink from. We were also told there was zero water beyond Trout Creek. We all chose to go to Four Pines Hostile for the night and slack pack the climb to Dragons Tooth tomorrow.

Lots of bug sounds appearing in this video - but I don’t let the bugs bother me, we are bugging them both vice versa.
