This video presents my first bar counter sushi omakase experience in Hokkaido, Japan, at the famous Sushi Tanabe.

Bbeautifully lit interior adorned with local cypress, cedar, and bamboo, as well as waitresses in kimonos and the masterchefs in clean white clothes added charm to the place.
