Midnight, lonely and angry at StarClan for forcing her to conceal her wisdom, decides to mentor a young loner named Sol and impart her knowledge onto him. He appeared a kind and thoughtful soul; helping her clean her beach of Twoleg rubbish and keeping her company. To Midnight’s regret, it turns out Sol is just as power-hungry as the cats she dared defy, and StarClan won’t be so forgiving this time…
