Highlands College was honored to have Mayo Sowell, lead pastor of LIIV Atlanta in Atlanta, GA. Pastor Mayo is a Highlands College Alumni and a long-time member of the #HCFamily.

In his message, Pastor Mayo taught about the sanctity of stopping. That through the biblical principle of sabbath, prayer, and communion with God, our "go" is only as good as our "stop."

Highlands College is a biblical higher education institution located in Birmingham, Alabama that exists to train the next generation of church leaders with the competence, character, and spiritual maturity needed to lead lives of eternal impact and fulfill Jesus' mission in Luke 10:2.
