In this broadcast, Mr. Harvey explains the background and details of the Declaration of Independence and the American Revolution. The video quality isn't the best. It was recorded via vcr from the original television broadcast and the vhs was then digitzed. Even though the video quality is lacking, the sound is perfect. Happy 4th of July. It's important that we know and understand why the Declaration of Independence is important.
