The customer insisted on fixing the Daikin/Goodman units since the coils are under parts warranty.
Work asked me to go ahead and try starting one. So we did. HA HA

After that I left the factory charge pumped down into the heat pumps and they are planning on replacing the R22 AHU's with R410 as soon as they get the rooms cleared out to get some lifts or scaffolding in there.

I have to wonder if the customer will ever follow through with having proper walkways with railing and a ladder installed under those units?

I'm still curious to find out who the General Contractor was.
They should be reported and the city/county needs to be called out for constantly allowing this utter nonsense. Else, how is this total disregard for future AND safety of the servicing technician ever going to stop??!!

As I tell these people, you could NEVER get away with this BS in any other major city in the U.S.
