Hello everyone.today I am sharing a very easy recipe of khaman dhokla with perfect measurement and no fail recipe ..dhokla is a very popular brefast recipe in gujrat .



INGREDIENTS

sugar 3tbsp
gram flour 220gm
refined oil 2tbsp
turmeric powder
baking soda 3/4tsp
Salt as per your test
citric acid 1tsp
water1 cup

METHOD

take a one cup of water with three tablespoon sugar and one teaspoon citric acid until it gets dissolve

after that add 220 gram of basan that is gram flour mix it properly and rest for 5 to 10 minutes 3

ad of each of turmeric powder along with salt www2and two tablespoon of refined oil or groundnut oil

mix it properly and after that adding a three fourth teaspoon baking soda mix it properly K

transfer the matter in a Greece kept in and steam for 25 to 27 minutes

FOR TADKA

in a pan add one teaspoon of groundnut oil or refined oil after that adding a mustard seeds along with asafoitida after that add 1cup of water boil along with 3tbsp sugar and salt.boil the water until sugar gets dissolve.
