never worked out consistantly in my life until i decided i want to be a spin instructor. look at me now, middle school gym coach! so what if it took me 10 minutes at least to run the mile!! now i can bike 12 miles in 45 minutes! hahahaha anyway hope u enjoy lmk what u wanna see from me and i shall deliver! very inspired to create recently :)))))
