About Đinh Hoài Xuân:
In 2015, Xuan won Ph.D scholarships from both the Vietnamese and Romanian governments to specialize in Cello Performance at the Bucharest National University of Music. In 2019, she completed her training in Romania and received her distinguished Ph.D., becoming the 1st female doctor of Cello Performance in Vietnam.

In the development of music in general and symphony in particular, the cello has played an indispensable role in all works. Many people think that Cello is only mid-range. In fact, the Cello is not only the junction between the two layers of sound in the orchestra, but with its distinct timbre, this instrument can still captivate people when going solo.

With a passion for the Cello and the desire to bring the Cello to the public through professional and creative performances, in 2016, Cellist Dinh Hoai Xuan founded Cello Fundamento (https://cellofundamento.org). The International Cello Fundamento Concert program has been held annually in Vietnam ever since.

Her first Cello solo album with the legendary famous Vietnamese Trịnh Công Sơn Khúc Phiêu Du Một Đời imprints a successful debut to a soloist career, and she is well-known in Vietnam for the most beloved Vietnamese cello work Return to Mother Land by Nguyễn Văn Thương.
In 2021, she was granted an Honorary Representative of Romanian Music in Vietnam.
