I love apple pie, plain and simple, with no frills, just like my mother makes, shortcrust, yeasty, soft and delicious. A simple recipe, perfect for Sunday coffee. I recommend...
Ingredients:
for the apple mass:
2 kg of apples
half a glass of sugar
half a teaspoon of cinnamon
on the cake:
550 g of wheat flour
100 g of sugar
4 yolks,
250 g butter
8 g of dry or 25 g of fresh yeast
4 tablespoons of cream 18%
for the icing:
5 tablespoons of powdered sugar,
lemon juice,
a little bit of water
