Fish en papillote 💙🐟
Very light, tasty and nutritious 👌
This is my go-to classic recipe when in mood for some nice fish. ☺️

Ingredients:
2 sea bass fillets
Lemon Slices
Black Olives
Capers
Cherry Tomatoes
Parsley
Half a tablespoon Olive Oil

For cooking:
2 Parchment Papers
1 egg

Steps:
Transfer sea bass to a parchment paper.
Add lemon slices.
Add black olives, capers and cherry tomatoes.
Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
Brush the rim of the parchment paper with some egg white.
Cover sea bass with another parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees about 12-15 minutes.
Transfer to a plate and drizzle with some olive oil.
