Today's recommendation is this Michelin Bib Gourmand recognised Ketchup + Pork Lard oil blended sauce tossed fishball noodles located at Kim Keat Palm Food Centre, 【LI XIN Teochew Fish Ball noodles】.

This style of blending the flavourful special ketchup / pork lard oil mix sauce into the dry noodles is popular in the late 70's and early 80's but rare now.

Li Xin has branched into multiple outlets spread all over the island popular foodcourts.

But the stall to go to is always the one that is helm by the owner, in this case Kim Keat Palm at Toa Payoh, which is also the outlet that was awarded the Bib Gourmand recognition since 2022.

Strongly recommended to go to this stall to try ! ! !

这种将风味独特的番茄酱/猪油混合酱融入干面条的做法在70年代末和80年代初很盛行,但现在很少见了。

立兴已开设多家分店,遍布了全岛热门的美食广场。

但要去的推荐摊位始终是店主亲自掌舵的摊位。这个大巴窑金吉坊摊位就是创办人在掌厨,这家也是自 2022 年以来荣获必比登推介的摊位。
