KONARK SUN TEMPLE:
On the shores of the Bay of Bengal, bathed in the rays of the rising sun, the temple at Konarak is a monumental representation of the sun god Surya's chariot; its 24 wheels are decorated with symbolic designs and it is led by a team of six horses. Built-in the 13th century, it is one of India's most famous Brahman sanctuaries.

KONARK NATYA MANDAP:
Founded by the renowned Odissi Master Guru Gangadhar Pradhan, this spectacular venue is a landmark cultural turf in the whole of Odisha. Built as a replica of the famous Sun Temple of Konark, this bright complex allures visitors with showy colors and subtle yet vibrant dance tunes. Apart from being the venue for the annual Konark Dance Festival, this charming site is a center of learning for classical dance aspirants. The venue has three stages built in amphitheater form and the complex functions as a residential center of learning for students from all parts of Odisha. Truly representing Odisha's cultural heritage, this location allures visitors with its majestic artistic vibrancy.

KONARK ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM:
At a distance of 1.5 km from Konark Bus Station, Konark Museum is one of the ancient museums located in the historical town of Konark in Odisha. Situated near the Sun Temple, it is maintained by the Archaeological Survey of India and is one of the prominent places to visit in Konark.

The Konark Museum was started in the year 1968 with the purpose of housing the archeological excavations and the fallen sculptures from the Sun Temple. The museum has four galleries displaying 260 various antiquities. The antiquities include various sculptures, paintings, manuscripts, and various fallen parts from the Konark Sun Temple. It is a treasure house for historians and art lovers.

The first gallery of the museum holds 62 antiquities, out of which the image of Surya in sandstone, the Khandolite-built reconstructed wheel, various incarnations of Lord Vishnu, etc. are the major attractions. The second gallery has 108 antiquities on display. The reconstructed wall of the temple, cult objects like dikpals and celestial nymphs, the head of the crocodile in gigantic nature, the flora and fauna carved on stone, the drummer, etc. are among the main displays in the gallery.

CHANDRABHAGA BEACH:
Chandrabhaga Beach is situated three km east of the Sun temple of Konark, in the Puri district in the state of Odisha, India. It is 30 km from the city of Puri. Formerly Chandrabhaga was considered a place of natural cure for lepers. Chandrabhaga beach on the coast of Konark becoming India's first to get the Blue Flag certification — a tag given to environment-friendly clean beaches, equipped with amenities of international standards for tourists. Chandrabhaga coral reef is one of India's prominent living coral reefs offshore from Chandrabhaga beach.

The beach hosts sand art displays, including work by international award-winning local sand artist Sudarshan Pattnaik. The Golden Beach at Puri was awarded the prestigious 'Blue Flag' tag on October 11, 2020, by the Foundation for Environment Education (FEE), Denmark.

PURI JAGANNATH TEMPLE:
The Jagannath Temple is an important Hindu temple dedicated to Jagannath, a form of Vishnu - one of the trinity of supreme divinity in Hinduism. Puri is in the state of Odisha, on the eastern coast of India. The present temple was rebuilt from the tenth century onwards, on the site of pre-existing temples in the compound but not the main Jagannatha temple, and begun by Anantavarman Chodaganga, the first king of the Eastern Ganga dynasty.
