אַתָּה יודֵעַ רָזֵי עולָם. וְתַעֲלוּמות סִתְרֵי כָל חָי:
אַתָּה חופֵשׂ כָּל חַדְרֵי בָטֶן. רואֶה כְלָיות וָלֵב:
אֵין דָּבָר נֶעְלָם מִמָּךְ. וְאֵין נִסְתָּר מִנֶּגֶד עֵינֶיךָ:
וּבְכֵן יְהִי רָצון מִלְּפָנֶיךָ ה' אֱלהֵינוּ וֵאלהֵי אֲבותֵינוּ, שׁתְכַפֶּר לָנוּ עַל כָּל חַטּאתֵינוּ, וְתִּסְלַח לָנוּ עַל כָּל עֲונותֵינוּ, וְתִמְחָל לָנוּ עַל כָּל פְּשָׁעֵינוּ:

You know every secret since the world began,
and what is hidden deep inside every living thing.
You search each person's inner chambers,
examining conscience and mind.
Nothing is shrouded from You,
and nothing is hidden before Your eyes.
And so, may it be Your will,
Lord of our God and God of our ancestors,
that You forgive us all our sins, pardon our iniquities,
and grant us atonement for all our transgressions.
