Join me for a walk around the popular Merseyside seaside resort of New Brighton - located on the northeastern tip of the Wirral peninsula opposite the great city of Liverpool! Once upon famed as the home of the tallest building in Britain, a huge 19th-century fort, one of the country's largest lidos and more, New Brighton today is also the home of a colourful collection of monuments, sea views and Britain's longest promenade!

On our walk around New Brighton, we pass a number of interesting landmarks, including The Black Pearl Pirate Ship, New Brighton Beach, the Port of Liverpool, the River Mersey, the site of New Brighton Tower & Ballroom, the former Royal Ferry Hotel, site of the old New Brighton Pier, The Floral Pavilion Theatre, Guide Dogs for the Blind Statue, The Mermaid of Memories, Fort Perch Rock, New Brighton Lighthouse, Marine Lake, New Palace Arcade, Waterloo Road, Victoria Road and St. James' Church.
