I was the only foreign guy celebrating the Sinulog Fluvial here in a local barangay of Bislig City!

We found ourselves down the coast of eastern Mindanao exploring a city called Bislig. After hanging out in a local Barangay, we heard there would be a small fluvial float celebration for Sinulog Festival on Saturday morning. Even though it was absolutely hammering down with rain the locals all still came out to show their devotion for Sto. Nino and Sinulog.
