The US Department of Justice has decided to pursue criminal charges against Boeing over fraud related to the 737 MAX crashes in 2018 and 2019 that killed 346 people. Boeing allegedly failed to comply with a deferred prosecution deal, and now has until the end of the week to plead guilty or face trial.
