Today I’m just showing you how to make my Grandma’s Southern Chicken Salad. In the summertime it’s very hot here in the South. So we tend to keep salads like chicken salad, egg salad, crab salad, shrimp salad in the refrigerator ready to go to make a sandwich, sometimes even for dinner because you don’t wanna heat up the kitchen. Even if you don’t cook, you could buy a rotisserie chicken and make this salad for yourself and keep it in the refrigerator. It will last 2 to 3 days in the storage container in the refrigerator.
