DM East lashers and satyrs solo in less than 19 minutes. I started leveling here at 54 and while it's not as fast exp as ZF gy solo, it is perhaps one of the most lucrative ways to solo level currently (especially with the crazy ongoing world pvp). This clip is unedited to show a clear run from start to end, except that it's sped up to 1.25x from the original to not make it too long.

You'll get between 60k-90k exp per hour depending on your clear speed and RNG (the amount of stealthed satyrs can vary from 1-3). Gold per hour averages out to around 60-70g per hour and can increase substantially if you get rare drops or a book spawn, which sell for very high prices.

There is absolutely ZERO gear requirement for this method of solo farming.
