Mousseline Cream
3 egg yolks
70g sugar
15g corn starch
250g milk
3g vanilla extract
120g unsalted butter
some whipped cream

syrup
45g water
25g sugar
15ml Kirsch (can be omitted)

Strawberry (moderately)
150g whipping cream
15g sugar
