Hey all! Today we're making elderberry syrup! I show you when to harvest, how to prep the berries and make the syrup along with canning instructions should you want to do it. You can switch up the recipe depending on how you want to store it or what spices you like/dislike. This stuff is not only good for colds/flus/immunity, but it's dang tasty, too! Put it on pancakes, ice cream, yogurt, etc.

Here's what you'll need (you can half or double the recipe however you like)

4 cups fresh/frozen elderberries (2 cups dried)
2 cups sugar
Dried ginger and/or cinnamon stick
8 cups water

Water bath can pints/half pints for 10 mins
