Take a day-tip from Munich to the Eagle's Nest (Kehlstein). Pay attention to opening times. Due to weather and seasons, locations might close for safety. It is best to buy tickets online or via your Tour operator. I suggest having lunch at the bottom of the mountain, as the Eagle's Nest will be busy (though you can buy some small snacks and drinks at a Kiosk on the top of the mountain).

On a clear day you can also see the Konigsee in the valley - another attraction you should visit (I have a video about that also).
