Andriy Shevchenko, born 29 September 1976 in Yahotyn Raion (USSR, now Ukraine). 236 games and 127 goals in Serie A, playing as striker with AC Milan. In 8 seasons (1999-2006 and 2008-2009) he won 1 Scudetto, 1 Coppa Italia, 1 Supercoppa Italiana, 1 Champions League and 1 UEFA Supercup. His most important individual honours were Ballon d'Or (2004) and Serie A Topscorer (1999/2000 and 2003/2004, both with 24 goals). Shevchenko is ranked as the 3rd top goalscorer in all European competitions with 67 goals (behind Raúl and Inzaghi). With a tally of 175 goals scored for Milan, Shevchenko is the second most prolific player in the history of the club (behind Nordhal), and is also the all-time top scorer of the "Derby della Madonnina" (derby between Milan and Internazionale) with 14 goals.
With Ukraine he scored 48 goals (all-time top scorer) in 111 international games, taking part to FIFA World Cup 2006 and UEFA Euro 2012.
