I offer you this little practice today to take a moment for yourself to connect to your breath and your heart.
Sometimes we underestimate the positive impact that a few minutes of turning inwards can have on our whole system. When we start to establish little check-in points with ourselves during the day, it’s easier to stay connected with how we feel and what we need.
You can do it anywhere. At home, in the office, at the beach, wherever. Just please don’t do it while driving or working with machinery. 🫶
