Kings Mall is a medium sized shopping centre to the west of London. The car park is across the road, across a walk way. There are many levels of flats above the shopping centre.

Used to come here alot in the 90s. Lift have been modernised since then, but this is still a gloomy graffiti ridden place - check out the top floor of the lift lobby (across the car park).

Thanks to Benobve who suggested using the TRADE button on the intercom to access flats - this video was taken in the morning while this button is active (e.g., to allow postmen to enter easily). One press and the door unlocked allowing me to film the lifts in the flats.

Upon entering flats, there was already someone in the lift lobby, so I went up the stairs (how many flights of stairs!!? Was really tired after this, just to get to the first level!! Don't forget that these flats are 'above' the shopping centre though). After getting camera ready and passing the bath(!) in the corridor, there was a bloke that was on his way over. Rather than hang around and have to share the lift with him, the video is a bit yerky as had to hurry! I was also in a rush anyhow!
Really bad looking finish on the metalwork of the lift car interior - maybe it was planned like this so that you wouldn't notice if the lift was attacked with an axe!!?
