Hello everyone, today I bring you some delicious BOLIVIAN JAWITAS 🇧🇴 Empanadas with a creamy cheese filling and painted with achiote, which is where the name comes from.
This delicious Yungeña empanada is a real wonder for the palate.

Ingredients:

400 grams of flour
