These burgers are inexpensive, protein-rich, and screamingly delicious. Although I used traditional Worcestershire sauce in the recipe, vegans and vegetarians should use vegan Worcestershire sauce. Ingredients and quantities are listed below. Thanks for watching! xKevin

1 cup plain tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (vegan version)
1/2 teaspoon (or to taste) garlic powder
A large pinch of salt and grinds of black pepper
1 cup TVP (textured vegetable protein)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (or a gluten-free substitute)
Vegetable oil for frying
