Bobby Bailey was the designer of the Bailey-Moyes Dragonfly, an airplane designed for towing hang gliders. Bobby also worked on the Buccaneer and Connie amphibious airplanes, as well as the Tempest glider. Bobby played a revolutionary part in the hang gliding world, and he played a major role in bringing the sport to the masses.
