This is a traditional aryavysya sweet recipe. This is prepared out of rice flour and deep fried. It is one of the variety obbattu recipes.

For Kanaka (For outer covering )
1: Chiroti Rava - 1 cup
2: Maida Flour - 1 cup
3: Salt - pinch
4: Oil - 2 tablespoons

For filling / Hoorna (Sweet stuffing )
1: Rice Flour - 1 cup
2: Sugar - 1 n 1/4 cup
3: Coconut - 1 cup grated
4: Milk - 1 cup (boiled and cooled)
5: Cashew - 2 tablespoons chopped
