Whats up guys, today I guide you through an 8 minute SHOULDER BURNING workout! This workout is strictly boxing which means we will not being doing any burpees, pushups, over head press, none of that ONLY BOXING. (Except the last round) NO GYM REQUIRED.

Short, simple, yet effective! I guide you through a total of 8 rounds. 1 minute of work followed by 20 second break. DO NOT DROP THE WEIGHTS EVEN DURING THE BREAK. You can set the hand weights down after the entire workout is complete.

This workout is great to condition your shoulders for boxing or just fitness in general. You can add this to your mobility routine or use this as a warm up or finisher it all depends on how you program it. The exercises are:
Round 1: Warm Up Shadowbox
Round 2: Left Hand Punches
Round 3: Right Hand Punches
Round 4: Uppercuts (non stop)
Round 5: Hooks (non stop)
Round 6: 1-2-slip-slip
Round 7: Ladder 2-4-6-8-10
Round 8: Circle Forward, Backward, Lateral Raise Hold
