Kevin Taylor (Kevin L. Coffman) lives in a town where crime runs rampant by local thugs called The Dukes, led from the underground by shady former biologist, Dr. Archibald Nemy (Wolf Puder). When The Dukes begin to target kids to aid in Nemy's experiments in evolution, Kevin assists the help of roommate James (James Blaze Blake) and electronics expert Mike (K. Micah Louvierre) to give him some evolution of his own to go against The Dukes....despite how stupid the suit looks.
