Conditions were not ideal, but we found the sunken WWII fighter in about 12-15ft of water. The waves were big, and the water was mucky. You can still see the port wing, the control stick, the engine mount, and some panels around the cockpit. Everything else had rusted and been moved away by the current. Not enough parts left [for me] to ID it, and no back story. Anyone know? Found offshore at Velzyland [sp?] near the moto-cross track. Shot with a GoPro 960 and Eye-of-mine housing.
