During a recent Whale Watching trip in Provincetown, MA, on our way back to the marina, the captain spotted a couple of groups of 3-4 Humpback Whales "bubble feeding" - three of the whales swim vertically to create bubbles while another whale shoots up between the vortex created by the "spinning" whales with its mouth wide open to catch fish in the vortex. In this case there were lots of birds and dolphins hoping to get in on the whale fishing session. Amazing!
