We were supposed to head up into the U.P., but the weather was absolutely terrible, so we went about as far north as we could without getting drenched, and made it up to Little Telaverse Bay for the morning and spent the rest of the day in Petoskey afterwards.

It was a heat wave with temps feeling like 100+, so it was pretty tough to stay on the boat for 4 hours with no breeze, but I did. AND it was worth it! I caught a few nice 3-4 lbers off of beds early, and then caught my new PB coming in at 4 lbs. 11 oz. Couldn't be happier with my first time on Little Traverse, so I'll definitely be back at some point to try and break that PB again.
