The fifth video in the jewelry box build series. This video focuses on the making of the frame and panel lid. Rough stock is milled and sanded before the bridle joints are cut into the frame parts. After the bridle joints are dry fitted the panel grooves are cut using a slotting cutter in the router table and the panel edges are shaped with the radius cutter in the Bridgewood shaper. A sample is dryfitted to show the tight tolerances of the structure.
