This is yoshi doing a self renovation of a 70 year old house.

This time, we installed plastic sashes, which was our long-cherished wish, to the old house, and created the base for the kitchen!

Before, the old-fashioned aluminum sash windows had single-pane glass, which caused damage due to condensation and temperature differences...
So by changing all the windows to resin sashes, the insulation performance was greatly improved, and the house is now comfortable in both summer and winter!
By taking advantage of the subsidy, we were also able to reduce the cost, and we are very happy with the results.

The second half of the project involved work on the kitchen base!
After rebuilding the walls, filling in insulation, air sealing, and creating the base for the hip wall, we are slowly starting to get an idea of what the kitchen space will look like!

In the next issue, we will finally show you the long-awaited face-to-face kitchen. ！！！！
