Just relax...
We know what it feels like to be running around, jumping around all sorts of commitments, tasks, jobs, and much more.
We also know that if we don't try to find at least some minutes to decompress, breathe, re-center, rest, then all we do won't be enjoyable.

That's the reason behind "Just relax" videos.
You can either watch and listen, (or just watch or listen), but we hope you find a way with us to relax and to let our body re-generate all the good energy we need to keep (or regain) our health which has no price tag.

Just please do not watch the videos while driving nor while engaging in an activity that requires your full attention.

The video shows a flow of water on a small creek in the forest. You can listen to water sounds which could be used as white noise.
White noise is associated with relaxation and sleep support. Just remember to use a low volume to protect you hearing.
