South Mountain is one of most visited recreation area in the Phoenix metro area, you can do hiking, road or mountain biking or even drive your car to the summit to enjoy the stunning views of the beautiful city! it has a tons of nice trails for all of your interests like the famous National Trail and others. In this ride, We rode part of National trail, and in order to do that, you have to be dropped off at Buena Vista by a Vehicle, or start at Pima Canyon trailhead by climbing National itself and then head back to Pima Canyon trailhead, or like what we did in this video by taking Mormon Trail to National which is the easiest way to do it in case if you don’t t have anyone to drop you off.
