1. Brief History of the Public Authority:
The College started as Kamgaon College, Kamgaon in 1992 and continued as a Private College till 20/01/2009. It was declared as an Aided Institution by the Government of Odisha on Dt.20/01/2009. It was then renamed as Kamgaon Junior College, Kamgaon.


2. Main objective of the Public Authority:



i. To Promote Quality learning and creativity among students and teachers.
ii. To inculcate love for learning among these students.
iii. To make the learners grow mentally, morally and physically fit human beings.
iv. To train the students to be creative and competitive to face the challenges of the new millennium.
v. To enable them to find access into their spheres of interest enjoying equal opportunities.
