I've been missing having "Guisadong Atay ng Baka* (beef liver), *Beef Igado" (ilocano dish with beef organs) and if I do chance upon, "Sinanglaw" (a dish similar to Papaitan but prepared with beef & beef offal flavored with a sour fruit called kami as and bile) - some unusual dishes from the Philippines, so when I chanced upon Primal Queen's female-focused beef organ superfoods, it was a no brainer. I HAVE to try it - and I was not disappointed!
