Culina Hortus was named the We're Smart® Best Vegetarian Restaurant 2020 this year and I'm so so glad I got to have this experience before leaving France. This was easily the best meal I've had in France and possibly the best restaurant meal I've had in my life. Aside from the food being delicious and the service being incredible. I was humbled by how simply delicious the dishes were, and not just for a vegetarian restaurant. I was full by the end of the 6th course and was beyond satisfied. It felt like I was attending the class of a master chef just by getting a glimpse into his creative combination. The high quality produce and the spectacular technique combined made each dish taste like a literal piece of art. I'm being 100% honest when I say that it was so good I actually got emotional and wanted to cry XD
